Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Welcome to Future Clothes. We want you to love what you wear! If you are not entirely satisfied with the fit, style, or quality of your purchase, we are here to help you with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Policy

• Time Frame: You can initiate a return within 14 days from the date your clothing items are delivered.• Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the clothes must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free of any stains, makeup, or odors (like perfume or smoke).• Packaging & Tags: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all Future Clothes tags and labels still attached. The purchase invoice must also be included.

2. Exchange Policy

• Size & Style Adjustments: If an item doesn't fit perfectly or you prefer a different color, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.• Process: The replacement outfit will be dispatched to you as soon as your original item reaches our facility and passes our standard quality inspection.

3. Refund Policy

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned garment, our team will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.• Refund Method: Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment or bank account.• Timeline: It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:• Innerwear, bodysuit items, and socks.• Custom-tailored or personalized clothing made specifically to your measurements.• Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during major clearance events.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent the wrong size, color, or a damaged piece, Future Clothes will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.• Standard Returns/Exchanges: For regular returns or voluntary size changes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees "We offer hassle-free home pickup for a flat fee of Rs. 50".
